Luke 2:10-11 . May Jesus be the center of your life today and everyday. At your work and at your play. In your conversations with others and in your time alone. In your thoughts and in your words. Today and always. Christmas and every other day. Lord of ALL. . Today starts a season of waiting. At Christmas we celebrate the Birth of the Savior, but "Sunday is coming!" Easter is the celebration of the true Christmas. The COMING OF THE RISEN KING. . We will all be opening gifts, reading Luke 2, eating lots of food, going to church and taking time to rest and be with family. May I encourage you to be mindful of THE gift of eternal life that Christmas represents? Yes, Jesus' birth is celebrated today. But WHY was He born, if not to die and then, Rise Again to give us eternal life? . Thank you Jesus for your indescribable gift. You!!!!
