The sand was still warm from the hot day.
I took off my flip flops and took a few more steps to try out the water.
It was also warm, so I just planted myself there, allowing the waves to crash on my legs.
I looked up and could see stars. The light was dim, but it was still creating a beautiful reflection over the waves.
My feet started to dig deeper in the sand... I did not move. It was too peaceful.
I am not sure how long I was there.
.
Another couple was seen far off, so I could really just talk out loud and no one would think anything of it.
All of this gave me a great opportunity to talk to my Creator.
He knows me and even knows what I am going to talk to Him about, before I utter the words. But I do it anyway, because He lets me. He welcomes it.
.
I'm sharing this for my own memory, to come back to this moment a year from now, 2 years, 3 years...
.
And I'm also sharing it for you.
So you can be encouraged to create moments with your Creator.
